- After a successful sign-in, you will be prompted with a mobile authenticator enrollment page. IF YOU DO NOT USE A MOBILE AUTHENTICATOR BUT USE A YUBICO device, select "skip"
- Within your dashboard, navigate to the top right corner of your screen to your username and select "Edit Profile"
- In your account management page, navigate to the FIDO2/Web Authentication dropdown
- After opening the dropdown, select "Add new FIDO2 WebAuthn device"
- To ensure it is you initiating the enrollment, you will be prompted to enter your password. Please note that all future changes will also require your password.
- After successfully entering your password, the FIDO2 / WebAuthn Device Registration prompt will appear.
- Select "Built-in/platform device" if you are utilizing a passkey manager, such as Microsoft passkey manager.
- Select Removable USB or Bluetooth if using a physical key such as a Yubico key.
- Select "Start Registration" and follow the prompts on your screen to enroll your passkey.
- Once complete, you will be prompted to refresh your account management page. After refreshing, your FIDO2 device should now appear.
