The UOG Self-Service website replaced the WebAdvisor system in Fañomnåkan 2024. Self-Service currently allows staff and faculty to perform common online operations such as time entry, time approval, access tax information, and more.

Enabled Services | Description |

Time Entry | Submit weekly time entries. |
Timekeeping | Review, modify, and comment on employee time entries in your unit. |
Time Approval | Approve, reject, and comment on employee time entries in your unit. |
W-2 Statements | View employee electronic W-2 statements. |
Employee Overview | View earning statements (pay advices) current benefits, position history, and more! |
Employee Proxy (manual assignment) | To assign ad-hoc, temporary employee specific Self-Service duties (e.g., Time Keeper and/or Time Approver), please fill out Self Service Authorization Update Form and submit to the Payroll Office. |
